Editorial

We present to you the second delivery of residential projects of the most remarkable mexican firms of architecture, organized in three editorial sections:

Our new real state section in wich we present you a project in advance of work: Palmas Residential, in Tres Marías, the new conurbated city to Morelia.

Also we present to you a second block: two very outstanding residences: Casa Risco from the "tapatía" firm Casas de México, who is fulfilling 10 years of uninterrupted activity, in 2008, with more than 200 projects of unifamiliar houses and residential clusters in Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Central America and the Caribbean.

Same also we present to you the Casa Estudio Parque Vía, from de talented architect Juan Garduño, outstanding graduate from the Universidad de Anáhuac, whom in spite of his youth, has won important awards national and internationally.

We also present seven residential clusters and mixed use, horizontals and tower shape:

The residential cluster denominated Ahuehuetes from the firm 1618 in Mexico City: one of the most important offices on residential sort in México.

Also we present two sets projected by the mexican international firm GVA & Asociados, for the city of Panama:

La Borgatta: Two residential towers of 62 and 72 levels wich will turn to be the most higher buildings in Latin America; and the mixed use complex located in the spectacular Naos island of Panamá, denominated Lazur and that contains residential house, special class hotel, casino and all the amenities connatural to a beach destiny.

On the residential sort destinated to the city we present you the Conjunto Residencial Las Nubes Torre B, from Arco Arquitectura Contemporánea, comanded by Bernardo and José Lew, who are young architects that have made an extense and very outstanding work, with wich they have became creditors to awards and recognitions.

Pascal Arquitectos presents their set in Torre Da Vinci Residencial, wich is a vertical condominium, with all the comforts and advantages of living in an apartament complex, of the residential suburbia of Mexico City.

From Diámetro Arquitectos we present: L’Atelier and Punta del Parque. Projects that have renewed the language of the buildings dedicated to the residencial housing in Mexico City.
